Lp Vinyl Record Ultrasonic Cleaner Stainless Steel Benchtop 6.5 Litre 40khz
Digital Series High Performance Ultrasonic Cleaning system offers a new dimension to your cleaning needs. The single chamber device is used to clean surgical instruments and other hardware with sonic energy in a water detergent solution.
All units are fabricated from solid stainless steel incorporating sweep frequency circuitry for a more uniform cleaning action.
How an ultrasonic cleaner works to clean Vinyl Records
special solvents designed for cleaning Vinyl Records can be utilized however very good results can also be obtained by using water and an environment friendly low pH cleaning agent. Low pH or excessively high pH chemicals should be avoided. These aggressive chemistries in combination with heat and the ultrasonic activity can potentially cause damage to delicate pieces.
In the cleaning process, items are submerged in the cleaning solvent. The intensity of the cleaner as well as the heat of the solution should be adjusted to successfully engage the application. Ultrasonic cleaners work quickly to completely remove dirt and other contamination through a cavitation process.
Vinyl Records is cleaned in the same way as other items. Items are submerged into a gentle solvent and the cleaning process sends ultrasonic waves through the solution which creates bubbles that clear away all dirt and grime clinging to the jewelry’s surface. In most cases a short two to three minute cleaning is all that is required for optimum results.
We also design and manufacture custom systems for unique applications and can provide components to convert or upgrade an existing tank. Whether you need a system to clean bearings or ceramics, ophthalmic precision lenses or mechanical manufacturing assemblies, we have a system that provides you with results.

Effective sterilization requires effective Vinyl Records Ultrasonic Cleaner and when it comes to cleaning reusable instruments and equipment, our equipment & detergents meets the most demanding criteria. Our industrial ultrasonic cleaners are used to assist with the cleaning of instruments that cannot be adequately cleaned manually such as spiral wound instruments like biopsy forceps etc. The ultrasonic vibration at the frequency used for cleaning does not kill microorganisms and infective aerosols may be produced.Ultrasonic cleaners work by subjecting instruments to high frequency, high-energy sound waves. This causes the soil to be dislodged from instruments and drop to the bottom of the tank, or be sufficiently loosened that it will be removed during the rinsing process. The detergent used in the ultrasonic tank must be carefully selected in accordance with advice from the tank's manufacturer. Optimally it will be a neutral, low-foaming product and enzymatic cleaners will have enhanced benefits in this process.

How DOES ULTRASONIC WORK?
The Ultrasonic system employs a unique combination of ultrasonic and cleaning liquids developed by Unimarine. The soiled components are submerged in a bath. “Transducers” produce high frequency sound waves, which cause very small bubbles or “vacuum spaces”. When these “spaces” implode, the liquid impacts on the surface of all objects being cleaned with very high power, even in extremely inaccessible areas. This is the big difference between ultrasonic and other cleaning methods, with the additional advantage of cost-effective results.

What is jewelry Ultrasonic Cleaning
In a process termed "cavitation", micron-size bubbles form and grow due to alternating positive and negative pressure waves in a solution. The bubbles subjected to these alternating pressure waves continue to grow until they reach resonant size. Just prior to the bubble implosion, there is a tremendous amount of energy stored inside the bubble itself. Temperature inside a cavitating bubble can be extremely high, with pressures up to 500 atm. The implosion event, when it occurs near a hard surface, changes the bubble into a suction jet about one-tenth the bubble size, which travels at speeds up to 400 km/hr away from the hard surface. With the combination of pressure, temperature, and velocity, the jet frees contaminants from their bonds with the substrate. Because of the inherently small size of the jet and the relatively large energy, ultrasonic cleaning has the ability to reach into small crevices and remove entrapped soils very effectively.
